Keeping your email up to date ensures you receive important notifications and can access your Orvie dashboard easily. Follow these steps to update your email address.
Go to the Orvie Login Page.
Enter your registered email address and log in using the Magic Password sent to your inbox.
On Mobile Devices:
Tap the Profile button on the dashboard.
On Desktop:
Click Profile in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
In the Profile Settings section, find the Email Address field.
Enter your new email address.
Click "Save" to confirm the change.
You may receive a confirmation email to verify your new email address. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the update.
By keeping your email address updated, you’ll always have access to your Orvie account and important pet safety alerts.
