If you need extra Orvie Tags for new pets or replace a lost tag, you can easily order more.
If you already have an Orvie account, you can order additional tags directly from your dashboard.
Visit the Orvie Login Page
Enter your registered email address and sign in using the Magic Link.
Once logged in, go to the "Pets" tab. This section shows all pets linked to your account.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click "Order More Tags" to start your request.
Choose how many tags you need.
Assign the tags to specific pets (if applicable).
Review the details and click "Confirm Order" to complete your request.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.
Once your new Orvie Tags arrive:
Scan the QR code on the tag to activate it. Follow the setup process to link it to your pet’s profile. Attach it securely to your pet’s collar.
